Rewild Camp Portland is a weeklong DIY social experiment/event held using the collaborative group information-share known as “open space technology,” to share rewilding skills and fun times such as: Archery, fire by friction, martial arts, hunting/trapping, stone tools, tan a hide, sensory awareness, capture the flag, backyard campfires, dance parties, wild-crafting, coffee shop conversations, impromptu dance parties, spontaneous hook-ups, gathering and cooking food, etc.
What is rewilding?!
rewild , v : to return to a more natural or wild state; the process of undoing domestication. Synonyms: undomesticate, uncivilize.
What is open space technology?
Open Space Technology refers to a structural method for holding “open source” or “open culture” conferences. Open Space Technology goes against the traditional conference where information flows only from one guest speaker to a larger group of people. The Open Space gathering encourages group information sharing by providing a structure for it. Members of the group decide what topics to cover and what they want to learn, teach, share, talk about, or do. An open space provides the ideal workshop format for someone with a busy work or school schedule, since you only need to attend the days/classes that appeal to you.

It’s an exchange of information, not money. Of course, we looooove money and so will happily accept your generous donations!
